We are delighted to announce that Scotland's First National Chef, Gary MacLean, is our special guest at this year's Newmilns Food Festival. Gary was the winner of Masterchef: The Professionals 2016 and has enjoyed great success ever since.
Born in Glasgow, this 45-year-old multi-award winning chef has been hailed as a major talent, a gentleman of the kitchen and a world-class educator.
