Fruit Curd

Millers Larder are artisan producers
of handmade preserves, chutneys and
fine foods. They source their ingredients
and suppliers locally from the Avon and
Clyde Valleys whenever possible.

East Ayrshire Catering 12:30pm

A talk on their wines & ciders
and sampling

Lovely wines and cider, to try before you
buy!

Centrestage 13:30pm
A demonstration in working
with surplus

Head of Catering, Kevin Alexander
and Assistant Manager Mich Brooks
will give a demonstration of what our team
of chefs do every day: creating brilliant
meals for the community using surplus
food from a variety of generous donors.

Loudoun Academy 14:00pm
Demonstration by the students
with Ayrshire College

Alisdair Hood - Cottage Catering 14:30pm
Love Shellfish

Specialising in handcrafted food for your
event using the best produce.
Alisdair will be cooking 2 dishes using
the finest shellfish from the west coast of
Scotland.

Gary Maclean 15:00pm
Pan Seared Mackerel, mussel,
potato, spinach, saffron broth

Gary will be demonstrating how to make
this delightful and tasty soup.
